The Ulutas Medical Journal
An international, double-blind, peer-reviewed, open-access medical journal, published quarterly (March, June, September, and December) since 2015. The journal publishes original research articles, case reports, and review articles in the basic, internal, and surgical medical sciences. Every manuscript is evaluated through double-blind peer review by at least three independent external reviewers.

الأسئلة الشائعة
بأي لغة تنشرون؟
تُنشر المخطوطات باللغة الإنجليزية. ويُستحسن أن يطلب المؤلفون الذين لغتهم الأم ليست الإنجليزية من متحدث متمكّن مراجعة المخطوطة قبل التقديم.
هل توجد أي رسوم على المؤلفين؟
لا. لا توجد حاليًا رسوم معالجة مقالات (APC): النشر في المجلة مجاني للمؤلفين. ولا توجد كذلك رسوم للتقديم أو التحكيم أو رسوم صفحات. قد تتغير هذه السياسة مستقبلًا بعد إشعار مسبق، وتبقى المخطوطات المقدَّمة قبل أي تغيير خاضعة للشروط السارية وقت تقديمها.
كيف يجري التحكيم؟
بعد الفحص الفني والتقييم التحريري الأولي، تخضع المخطوطات لتحكيم مزدوج التعمية: لا يعرف المحكّمون المؤلفين، ولا يعرف المؤلفون المحكّمين.
بموجب أي ترخيص تُنشر المقالات؟
تُنشر المقالات بوصول مفتوح بموجب ترخيص المشاع الإبداعي نسب المصنف 4.0 الدولي (CC BY 4.0). ويحتفظ المؤلفون بحقوق النشر.
هل يُسمح بالنسخ الأولية (preprints)؟
نعم. يُسمح بالنسخ الأولية، ويجب الإفصاح عنها في خطاب التقديم.
ما الملفات التي يجب أن أقدّمها؟
خطاب تقديم، وصفحة عنوان تتضمن معرّف ORCID وانتماء كل مؤلف، ومخطوطة معمّاة، ونموذج ترخيص النشر وإقرار المؤلف، ونموذج تضارب المصالح من ICMJE لكل مؤلف.
هل يمكنني الطعن في القرار؟
نعم. راسل مكتب التحرير بالبريد الإلكتروني مع تبرير مفصّل خلال 30 يومًا. ويراجع الطعنَ محررٌ لم يشارك في القرار الأصلي.
