ROC curve and AUC from a CSV
Paste a test score and the true class of each participant to draw the ROC curve, get the area under it and the Youden cut-off, and download it as SVG.

This tool needs JavaScript, because it works in your browser and sends nothing. Turn JavaScript on to use it. How it works is explained below.
How it works
Every distinct score is tried as a cut-off (positive when the score is at or above it); sensitivity and 1 − specificity give one point of the curve. Tied scores move the curve diagonally.
The area under the curve is summed with the trapezoidal rule and equals the chance that a random positive scores higher than a random negative. The Youden cut-off maximises sensitivity + specificity − 1.

Questions
Is my data uploaded?
No. The CSV is read and drawn in your browser and never leaves your device; only an empty usage count is sent.
Is a confidence interval of the AUC given?
No. The tool gives the area itself; its confidence interval and comparisons of curves need statistical software.
