How articles in the journal are declared (Health Sciences)

In the UAK associate professorship criteria for the Health Sciences field (Sağlık Bilimleri Temel Alanı), an article in this journal is usually declared under one of the items below. A single article is declared under one item only.

Type of publication

UAK item

Points
Original research article, declared as a national publication (“other peer-reviewed journals”)2-b4
Original research article, declared under “other international indexes”1-d5
Letter to the editor, research note or abstract, declared as a national publication2-c2
Letter to the editor, research note or abstract, declared as international1-e3

The national article condition. Candidates must have at least three national publications after their doctorate or specialty, at least two of them in TR Dizin journals. An original research article declared under item 2-b can be counted as the third of these publications, the one that does not have to be in TR Dizin. An article declared under item 1-d does not count towards this condition.

Item 1-d. Whether an index qualifies as an “other international index” is decided by the ÜAK jury for each application. The journal does not promise that a declaration under item 1-d will be accepted.

Case reports. In the Health Sciences table, case reports score under item 1-f only when published in SCIE or SSCI journals. Please check the current UAK guide for how a case report in this journal can be declared.

The journal's practices are public: no fees of any kind for authors, double-blind review, editorial board and peer review policy published on this site, permanent archiving and Crossref DOIs. The assessment of any declaration belongs to the UAK jury.
